Pacties who have contributed to PACT honorable mentions:
Welcome to PACT! Now that you're applying to be a member of our family, we want to lay down some expectations we have for each guild member. We want to be accountable to each other and have some pretty high standards to keep our family standing far apart from the rest. Above all, Use Common Sense. If you have questions about your behavior or someone else's, refer to the following code of ethics:
General PACT Community Behavior & Expectations (In-Game and Everywhere Else)
If you hope to bear the name of PACT, we have some basic rules as to how you should behave:
Courtesy and Respect Regardless of anyone's negative behavior towards you or another player treat all of your fellow members with courtesy and respect. This goes a long way in building friendships and cohesion.
Do not rage quit from or be disrespectful to any party that you have joined to complete content (This applies to all parties; regardless if you're the only one from PACT in the group). If you need to leave, or your group generally sucks, ask politely to leave or find a replacement. Always try to help your group before deciding to leave. Helping others learn their class is very admirable.
If you consistently put yourself before others then PACT is not for you! Our main focus is the social interactions and dedication we can offer each other.
Do not spam chat. This applies to any form of chat anyone else can see.
Never post any comments or chat, either here on our website, or other websites (including other site forums), in-game, or spoken on the TeamSpeak server, that are racist, sexist, offensive, sexually explicit or in any way discriminatory. This will not be tolerated and will be met with swift action which may include, but is not limited to, demotion or removal.
Sexual, Racial or Cultural Harassment (Whenever a person asks another person not to discuss something sexual, racial or cultural in front of them, and they continue to do so, it is sexual, racial or cultural harassment. This type of harassment will not be tolerated and will result in permanent dismissal from the guild, banning from TeamSpeak and removal of access to the forums.)
Always be fair with currency, loot and trade - never try to rip someone off or trick another player via your deceptions for your own personal gain or the gain of someone else. This if found is a bannable offence within the PACT community.
Leave your personal drama at home. Unless it is in a private message/Channel to someone who is okay with it, we expect everyone to abide by this. We care about your personal life; we just want you to handle things privately.
Do not gossip about other members. Gossip is defined as: anything that is said about another that doesn’t edify that person in any way. If you have a problem with someone, resolve it privately. This is a tough rule to follow as gossip is abundant in almost every online family. We’d like our members to try their very best to build each other up and have unity within our family.
Gaming Terms of Service (ToS):
If you are found to be in violation of the official TOS of any games we play, you will be immediately removed from the PACT Family. Your actions will be reported, thus risking your account in the process.
We welcome everyone to use our TeamSpeak server. Feel free to join any channel upon entering and get to know our members.
While it’s not required for everyone (except for those on the Leadership Team) to be in TeamSpeak, it is a helpful tool we have available. It’s hard to get to know people strictly through chat, so when you join us on TeamSpeak this helps not only guild events but helping to make friendships and bonds within the family. We have 150 slots and regularly have 20 - 40 during prime time. Here are some general expectations while using our TeamSpeak server:
Behavior on Voice chat:
If people ask you to leave their channel because it was meant for private discussion, leave immediately. Right-click that person's name and click "Send Message" to ask them if it's okay to rejoin at a later time.
If you have an issue with anyone, ask them to join a private channel where you can work things out separately from everyone.
Behave like an adult. If you think you're offending someone, stop.
Always use Push-to-Talk. Never have an open microphone. This will prevent any background noise and feedback.
Always use the same name. Please don’t keep periodically changing it.
Please keep your usernames to under 20 characters and do not use special characters such as !@#$%^&*.
While in our TeamSpeak, you do not need [PACT] in your name. If you are in an Alliance Guild or Server Voice Chat, please put ‘[PACT] Name’ in front of your name.
Our Icon System:
We use icons to act as an fun achievement reward and information system.
(Community leader) (server admins) (guildwar2 leader) these are the icons for server admins which is grated to all of our Leadership Team through each major game. These are the peoples to talk to if you have a question or issue.
We will give you a icon to represent which game you play I.e. for starcraft2 player. There are other icons in our major games that also can be added for ranks within the game i.e. for guildwars2 commander rank.
Other TeamSpeak Info:
Because we are a multi-game guild, Outer lobby is just for people to come in, get their barrings, adjust their settings and head to the channel of the choice. Feel free to hang out with members from other games that are there.
Anyone that is in a dungeon or doing anything in a group needs to move down to the appropriate named room. This keeps the lobby clear for general chat and facilitates conversation. Shy people won’t be as likely to talk when they would be interrupting someone giving directions.
Heated/Passionate discussions between a several people will also be asked to move down a room. The bulk of the conversation should not be taken up by a few.
It takes a group effort to have a vibrant forums. Take a few minutes and comment to give your opinion and feedback on others posts or make your own. Even if you don’t want or have time to comment on a post, just click the little green thumbs up. This acts as a like and feels better then crickets chirping.
Our forums are not just available to Members, most parts a viewable to the general public and only some parts can be seen to those registers to our website. Please adhere to these expectations:
Again, never post any comments or chat, either here on our website, or other websites (including other site forums), in-game, or spoken on the TeamSpeak server, that are racist, sexist, offensive, sexually explicit or in any way discriminatory.
If someone's post offends you, either ignore it or report it to an officer if it breaks any guild expectations. Do not reply with a response that is disrespectful or breaks guild expectations.
Guild Wars 2 Specifics: Here are some of our systems and procedures that specifically apply to Guild Wars 2.
Inactivity Purges GW2 does not give us Leaders many tools to manage the guild in game. There is no last online date, the max number of members is 500 and there is no way to mass messaging everyone. Because of this we have come up with our own system.
Every month we take a member who have no logged in for over 60 days and place them in ‘Inactive’. During the next week as members come online, we will set you back to member rank(excludes initiates which is purged at 1 month of not logging in guildwars2 with out reason). If you do come online but don’t get changed, please whisper someone to get it taken care of.
Once we start the purge, we send every single person a message explaining the removle from pact (this is for a understanding of the action). If you are purged and would like to rejoin simply reply to the message with your IGN and we will get you re-invited right away. You can also post on the website or send a message/whisper in game to Dirty Chef.8567, Crittersdel.4027, kolo the sinful.2340 or alyssa.7254.
If you do have to be away from the game for extended period of time(greater than 30 days), please post in guildwars2 forums or message leadership ingame to let us know. Even if you can’t play, don’t be a stranger. Feel free to pop into TeamSpeak or the forums from time to time and say hi.
Please refer to guildwars2 rules page for more information of the guildwars2 rules/policies.
To gain full access and become a Pactie on our site and in game, you will need to fill out either the appropriate application form for the games you play. This will also need to register a new Enjin account if you do not have one( enjin only requires 1 log in for all groups in its system including this one). If you already have one, Log into enjin and please join the website using the games application form you which to join (all members that click the join website in the top right corner of the page will be sent a message to reapply using the specific game appliaction form. Failure to use these application forms to apply will result in a non registration and the account will be purged from our users lists unless already tagged)
Please use an active email address which you check often and a way to contact you in game. Please choose a secure password that you do not use anywhere else to ensure your security and ours. We'll get back to you within 72 hours.
PACT Leaders and Officers will try to be as lenient as possible, but will ONLY warn you once if you are greatly overstepping these expectations. There is a 3 strikes, your out rule. If you continue to overstep our expectations, you will be asked to leave the PACT family.
PACT has a very simple command structure. Our ranks are made up of Leaders, Officers, Members and Initiates. When a member joins the Leadership Team (Officers and above), the hierarchy is flipped. They take care of Initiates first then Members than themselves.
Please abide by these simple expectations: Always respect the wishes of a member of the Leadership Team. We will never ask you to do anything unreasonable. All we ask of you is to follow the expectations listed in this thread.
If you have an issue with any guild member that can't be resolved privately, ask an officer via PM or private TeamSpeak channel for help. We will always listen to both sides and consider a fair option to resolve any issues that arise.
The Leadership Team is held to the same expectations you are. If you feel we are violating any expectations, bring it up with a guild leader privately.
An acronym coined by a member, not by a leader or an officer. Here in PACT we are a family. We’re all here for the same thing. To play together. To be together. And to have fun together.
History of PACT
Founded in February 2013 by several members that wanted to build on the principles of brotherhood, Equality, and unity and offer our community with an organized structured place to call home. We treat everyone from the time they enter PACT with the utmost care and respect.
The Future of PACT
All members no matter the rank can call PACT home. We have a dedicated leadership staff but without loyal members there would be no family, therefore the guild belongs to every member in PACT and not just a single entity. We ask that you be proud of what we have together and speak up if you need to be heard. We are here to serve our community and make sure everyone gets to feel like a large piece of the puzzle, without you we are crippled, together we are strong! Help us help you!
We strongly believe that family is what best describes our guild, regardless of beliefs, race, sex, culture or experience. You will quickly begin to feel support and love from your fellow brothers and sisters.
We have colossal amounts of fun in the game. While we love to play, we strive to make helping a priority. Seeing our members reach their goals, no matter how small or large those goals are, it is a great source of joy for us. All that we ask of you is, Pay It Forward.
While we are primarily English speaking, we have many multilingual members that can speak French, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, and even German allowing PACT to expand where other guilds cannot. We want everyone from all around the world to experience our philosophy and we strive to become an international guild.
We in PACT is a PvX community, We like to think that we can accomodate all members (crafters, raiders, PvPers, PvEers, Casual to hardcore. We explore all aspects of the games we play and often create challenges to push ourselves to be the best we can be, You dont have to be the best, just be willing to do your best.

We host Community Titan runs (CTRs)- FFXIV- where we help members of Coeurl get through the last trial of their Relic weapon quest and ask only that they pay it forward. We bring interesting events that are new to most people. TS Karaoke, Hide and Seek, Jumping Puzzles, Drinking Games, Darts, Forum Contests, Rampages, Lotteries, Dye Giveaways and so much more!!!! All guild events are designed for members to have fun and of course there is no obligation to participate, and we are always willing to hear new ideas to improve and advance the guild.
What games do you play?
Our main focus is Guild Wars 2 and Final Fantasy XIV but we know that many play other games such as Elder Scrolls Online, LOL, GW1, BF4, Wild Star, Warhammer, and Steam games so we would love to still have you in TeamSpeak and be a part of our community.
Who do I have to contact to get an invite?
